Ally combines thirteen years experience in management training with fifteen years practical management and supervisory roles in banking.  He has worked in a broad variety of sectors including engineering, university & further education, oil & gas, shipbuilding, financial & insurance services, call centres plus the fire & rescue service. Mhorag Clarke

Mhorag is a Resourcing & Development Consultant with wide experience in the areas of training and development, resourcing and management development and coaching within the retail and distribution industry sectors.  She has worked on a number of projects with well known companies including, Dixons Stores Group (The Link division), The Carbon Trust, Bradford and Bingley, Ilva furniture Stores. She has also worked with some smaller companies on bespoke training and HR solutions.

Chris Gilbert

Chris works with management teams developing strategy and generating agreement for organisational change.  He develops teamworking skills through coaching in order to improve performance.  He works as a facilitator and has been project manager for a number of new technologies projects. Clients he has worked with include Dow Chemicals, Centrica, Network Rail, ConocoPhilips, PPG, Adsteam UK (now Switzer), Ineos Silicas, Bechtel, BNFL, and National Grid Transco.

Phil LaViolette

Phil is a management development consultant and coach who has worked in a wide range of industries, including; Banking, Insurance, Car Industry, Food Retail, Telecoms, Local Government and Energy.  As a consultant he has recently worked on a number of projects with FTSE100 companies including, Aviva, Barclays, BT, HBOS, RBSG, and Royal Sun Alliance (RSA), Vodafone.  Previous roles he has held are; Divisional Training Manager (LI Group), Regional Recruitment and Training Manager (Safeway), and Recruitment, Training and Career Development Manager (Orange), Training and Development Consultant.

Simon Girdler

In his role as a training and development consultant Simon has worked with a number of high profile companies, such as Barclays, HBOS, RBS,  Citroen, Vodafone, BAE Systems, Learning Skills Council, Police Mutual and Alfred McAlpine Business Services. He has even had the benefit of working with members of the Faculty for Executive Development from Harvard Business School.

Deborah Robinson

Deborah is a management development consultant and coach who has worked in a wide range of industries, including; Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Defence, Aerospace, Oil, Local Government and Energy.  As a consultant she has worked on a number of projects with FTSE100 companies including, Aviva, HBOS, RBSG, BAE, BNG, Royal Sun Alliance (RSA) and RWE.  Previous roles she has held are Corporate Development Manager (Norwich Union) and Management Development Manager (Royal Bank of Scotland).  Deborah also has an operational management background managing banking and sales teams in the financial services industry

Wayne Miles

Wayne brings vast experience and passion as a coach. Wayne worked for 13 years at Vodafone where he specialized extensively in people management and most recently as a quality coach. Wayne is currently working in house with Defra and RSA delivering workshops and driving behaviour change at all levels to ensure company targets and objectives are met. Previous projects at Vodafone icluded designing and delivering processes to increase employee engagement and customer satisfaction scores. Wayne was aslo responsible for designing and delivering a Career Development Programme which was used for succession planning in the call centres. Wayne was recently recognised for being in the top 10 inspirational leaders in Vodafone by his peers.
