Ally BrownAlly combines thirteen years experience in management training with fifteen years practical management and supervisory roles in banking. He has worked in a broad variety of sectors including engineering, university & further education, oil & gas, shipbuilding, financial & insurance services, call centres plus the fire & rescue service. Deborah RobinsonDeborah is a management development consultant and coach who has worked in a wide range of industries, including; Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Defence, Aerospace, Oil, Local Government and Energy. As a consultant she has worked on a number of projects with FTSE100 companies including, Aviva, HBOS, RBSG, BAE, BNG, Royal Sun Alliance (RSA) and RWE. Deborah also has an operational management background managing banking and sales teams in the financial services industry Wayne MilesWayne brings vast experience and passion as a coach. Wayne worked for 13 years at Vodafone where he specialized extensively in people management and most recently as a quality coach. Wayne is currently working in house with Defra and RSA delivering workshops and driving behaviour change at all levels to ensure company targets and objectives are met. Previous projects at Vodafone icluded designing and delivering processes to increase employee engagement and customer satisfaction scores. Wayne was aslo responsible for designing and delivering a Career Development Programme which was used for succession planning in the call centres. Wayne was recently recognised for being in the top 10 inspirational leaders in Vodafone by his peers. |
