We observe hundreds of coaching sessions each year, using our unique coaching process. Our coaching approach allows us to meet the needs of our individual delegates and clients, enabling us to give feedback to coaches following 'live' coaching sessions.

Our coaching skills take people beyond the 'normal' GROW model approach.

Coaching is one of the most self fulfilling, organic and cost effective ways to improve the performance of your team and business.

We follow a step-by-step process to ensure that we dramatically change coaching behaviour and results. We begin by completing an initial baseline observation on-site. This allows us to make a comparison against our benchmark to show a shift in behaviour when evalu8-ing the success of the coaching programme.

Our process speeds up the time it takes to coach, including 1-to-1's and performance reviews. In addition it also means that you gain quicker results and behaviour change, that is long lasting.

InHouse Coaching/Mentoring

Following attendance on their In House Coaching Skills Workshop we continue to work with coaches on-site, observing them in live coaching sessions. Initially we discuss the session they plan to hold, drawing on skills from their workshop, we plan their approach. The session is then observed and we give feedback on how they have done, creating an action plan for changes required. Feedback is given using our unique coaching process, and we can track and monitor whole teams and departments against or benchmark, showing a significant change in coaching behaviours.

MasterCoach Programme

Our Master Coach Programme is designed to embed a coaching culture within your organisation. The evalu8d team are expert coaches who observed hundreds of 'live' coaching sessions each year. This programme turns your team into 'MasterCoaches', who will be 'trained' to observe coaching sessions using evalu8d's unique coaching process.

As a Master Coach you will be on hand to support evalu8d deliver the In House Coaching Skills workshop.  Post workshop, their key role is to observe and give feedback on progress against evalu8d benchmarks.
