Diagnosing needs

We start by diagnosing your specific requirements. This involves a visit to your organisation. We take time meeting with the Management and Learning & Development Teams to carry out a full diagnosis of needs. Typically we then observe your team in action, whether this be listening into calls, watching the production line or observing a coaching session and team meeting. We adapt this according to your business.

In addition when working with front-line teams we also hold focus groups, so that we design solutions that really do make a significant difference, not only to skills and behaviour, but to your bottom-line, enaging the whole team.

Train the Internal Trainer

We take pride in training internal training teams to deliver our materials, where required. This means that you can continue to roll out evalu8d materials (under licence) across your organisation. Evalu8d are always on hand to give on going support and feedback.

Design and Pilot

After discussing and agreeing the findings and recommendations from our Diagnosis, we then design the elements of the workshop, using a Pilot programme to test things out and further fine tune ahead of full roll out.

Post workshop support

Each delegate gains access to our eLearning site following their workshop. This contains a vast range of topics, and we also tailor for a company to have a secure corporate members area, with branded corporate material available. Materials include video, tutorials, podcast and webcasts, as well as articles. Your evalu8d trainer is also on hand to answer any questions, either via skype or on our frequently run webcasts.

'Out of the box' workshops

We have 2 levels of these workshops, priced accordingly. Standard and Bespoke.  We run these in your premises, or a venue chosen by you, delegates are exclusively from your company.

Standard really is the 'out of the box' training solution, with not much added. Simply take one of our Public Workshops.  Ahead of the workshop we 'tweak' content, through receiving pre-workshop objectives from delegates, and following confirmation of content.

Prices start at £800 per day for up to 5 delegates (this is the minimum charge), plus £50 per additional delegate/day

Bespoke is our Standard workshop, however we 'tailor' the content following a more in-depth diagnosis. This could include visiting your organisation, pre-workshop phone calls, and will vary on your budget and needs.

Prices as Standard, however we charge a design fee on top, depending on your requirements.  Call us to discuss.
