This is definitely not an ordinary ‘Train the Trainer’ course!
This workshop has been specifically designed for those who are responsible for the diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of training.
It is a highly interactive and absorbing programme, which uses business simulation to create experiences for stronger transfer of learning. This is a fantastic way to learn, sharing experiences and knowledge. Each group ‘trains’ the other delegates on their subject, whilst gaining invaluable feedback from facilitators as they go.
Delegates take up training roles in Erimus, a fictitious company, with the specific aim to design and deliver a training solution that fits with the organisational business goals. In their new training teams delegates use evalu8d’s Systematic Approach to Training Model to engage with an Erimus ‘sponsor’, to diagnose training needs, design a training proposal, design a training session, and then deliver their newly created session.
By the end of this programme delegates will be able to
- use a method for diagnosing training and development needs.
- create an interactive training session.
- design accelerated training materials.
- run and control a training session.
- devise a lesson plan.
- explored different ways to measure learning and development.
- handle difficult questions and challenging delegates.
